These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by XJ TechSpace. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement Formation

A formal agreement between you and XJ TechSpace is created when you accept a proposal, sign an agreement, or otherwise agree to use our services. The terms outlined here apply to all services, including custom software development, web development, multimedia design, and more.

2. Service Delivery

We will provide the agreed-upon services according to the project specifications and timelines outlined in the contract. We aim to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with you throughout the project.

3. Revisions

You are entitled to a specific number of revisions depending on the project scope outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will incur extra charges.

4. Payment Schedule

• 75% of the total project cost is due upon project commencement.
• The remaining 25% is due upon project completion and delivery.

5. Cancellation and Fees

If you choose to cancel the project, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Early Cancellation (before work begins): 25% of the total project cost.
• Mid-Project Cancellation (after work begins but before major milestones are completed): 50% of the total project cost.
• Late Cancellation (after major work or deliverables are substantially completed): 75% of the total project cost.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are due within 24 hours of the signed agreement. Late payments will incur the following fees:

• 5% of total project cost will be charged if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. 
• Additional 5% applies for every extra 7-day interval.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables. However, XJ TechSpace reserves the right to retain ownership of any tools, libraries, or pre-existing materials used during development. All rights are reserved.

8. Confidentiality

We will protect your confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties except when required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration will be pursued as the final dispute resolution method.

10. Limitation of Liability

XJ TechSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
